How to make a Wedang Ronde drink
Round Material:
150 g of sticky rice flour
1 tsp salt
125 ml of water
1 teaspoon of whiting water
green and red coloring
Contents:
100 g of peanuts, roasted, peeled, puree
75 g of sugar
25 g of sesame seeds, puree
¼ tsp salt
2 tablespoons of warm water
Water Sugar, bring to a boil, strain:
500 ml of water
200 g of sugar
Ginger, bring to a boil, strain:
1 liter of water
8 cm of ginger, grilled, grated
2 sticks of lemongrass, bruised
2 pieces of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
How to make:
Round, stir all ingredients until smooth. Divide into two parts, give coloring, mix well.
Contents: Mix all ingredients well. Form into small circles. Set it aside.
Take 1 tablespoon mixture, flatten it, fill it with 1 round of filling mixture. Round the mixture. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
Boil the water, boil the balls until they float. Lift it up, set it up.
Soak the balls in sugar water.
Presentation: Put the following round of sugar water in serving bowls.
Pour ginger water, serve.
