How to make an Apple Pie
Material :
250 gr of flour
250 grams of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons ice water
75 gr of caster sugar
Material contents :
1 Kg of apple, peeled, sliced thinly, soaked in 3 tablespoons of lime juice.
Mix :
200 gr of caster sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
2 tablespoons of flour
50 gr frozen butter cut into a small box.
spread: 2 btr egg yolk.
How:
- Knead the pie skin material as the past recipe pie (see Fruit Pie), then thin it, dividing it into 2 parts.
- Place 1 sheet of skin on the pie pan (install better and better), size 24 cm, arrange neatly some apples, then sprinkle with the sugar spice mixture earlier, and some pieces of butter.
- Do the same thing again until the apples and sprinkles are finished, cover with 1 part of the remaining skin.
- Make an indentation or decorative pattern according to taste, then top with egg yolks, bake in a 180'c oven, for one hour. 60 minutes. or until it's fragrant ...
