How to make Canneloni


Material :
1 basic recipe for Crepes, replace sugar with
1 tsp salt



Material contents :
½ cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
200 gr of minced meat
salt & pepper to taste

VLA tomato ingredients:
½ pound onion wave. Chopped
5 tbsp of VLA tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp of sugar
150cc of water

White VLA material:
75 gr margarine
75 gr flour
300 cc of fresh milk
150 gr of grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

How to make :
To Fill:
Heat the cooking oil, saute onions and garlic until
fragrant, add the ground meat, stir until it changes color, give salt
and pepper, stir, lift.

Expand the salted crepes, give 1 tablespoon of the ingredients then roll like an envelope.

Make tomato VLA:
Heat cooking oil, saute onions until wilted, enter VLA
tomato and tomato paste, stir, pour water, let boil, lift.

Create white VLA:
Heat the margarine until melted, add flour, stir. Pour milk
little by little, stir until it becomes a slippery dough, give salt
and pepper, lift it.

Arrange Crepes fill in the heat-resistant dish, pour ½ part VLA tomato,
also pour ½ part white VLA, over stack the crepes fill until
neatly, pour the remaining VLA tomatoes and white VLA, sprinkle grated cheese, oven
to dry. Serve warm.
